Join us for special Storytime with storyteller, actress and writer, Jessica Honor Carleton who is excited to share stories from her culture and celebrate Jewish storytelling with "Shalom Stories”, a joyful, silly program that will be fun for everyone! Bring the whole family, friends and neighbors! Carleton has been honored to win five National Daytime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Performer in a Children's Series (2014). She's been storytelling professionally for over 20 years. Carleton is currently a writer for Sesame Street, and was a staff writer on Disney Junior's hit show, Puppy Dog Pals. Carleton is a graduate of Northwestern University in theatre and creative writing for the media. Fun for the whole family! |

Please join Karen Golden as she shares stories from her rich Jewish heritage with tales both old and new. Karen Golden is a storyteller/musician, and award-winning recording artist. She has travelled to China, S. Korea, Hong Kong, Peru, Argentina and most recently, to Uruguay and Brazil to tell stories in international schools. Since the Covid pandemic, she has performed and taught virtually in over fifteen countries around the world. Her written stories have been published in eight anthology collections. Fun for the whole family! |
